Seasonal Maintenance Programs
Spring Start Up
This consists of the following:
- Check air filters and change as needed (special filters cost extra)
- Clean outdoor condenser coil and indoor evaporator coil
- Clear drains
- Check and tighten electrical connections
- Check refrigerant pressures (if refrigerant is needed the cost is extra)
- Oil motors as required
Fall Start Up
This consists of the following:
- Check air filters and change as needed (special filters cost extra)
- Clean outdoor heat pump if needed and indoor evaporator coil
- Clear drains on high efficiency furnaces
- Clean and inspect burner tubes
- Clean and inspect flame sensor
- Inspect exhaust flue
- Inspect gas lines at unit for leaks and repair as needed
- Check all limit switches for proper operation
- Perform Carbon Monoxide Test
